
Rolando A. Hyman BA, MA. Psych, CCC has been providing therapeutic services to members of the community for approximately 10 years. Presently, he is a contracted therapist for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with the Government of Alberta where he offers therapeutic supports for individuals in the community with various challenges. His approach to therapy comes from a multicultural psychosocial perspective. Rolando is also verified by psychology today.
Rolando who is very passionate about serving the community is the director, originator and psychotherapist of Therapeutic Intervention Psychotherapy Services (TIPS). Presently he is a Canadian Certified Counselor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and a EAP counsellor with the government of Alberta. He spends a lot of time working with couples and individuals to rediscover their inner strengths and improve their relationships. He received his Master of Arts in Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario Canada. Rolando is a very dynamic presenter who does a lot of workshops in and around the province of Alberta ranging from anger management, parenting, substance abuse and stress management. He is an eclectic therapist who engages clients by using different modalities including narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused strength based approaches.

Dr. Courtney Dookie is a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of extensive experience in the field of clinical psychology. He is registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and has established himself as a compassionate and skilled practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families throughout their mental health journeys.
Dr. Dookie holds a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, focusing on developmental trauma and psychological assessments. This expertise allows him to understand the complexities of trauma’s impact on emotional and psychological well-being. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Northern Caribbean University in Jamaica, which provides him with a unique perspective on spirituality and its role in mental health. Additionally, he completed a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, equipping him with advanced skills in integrating spiritual care into therapeutic practices.

Abigail Mulenga, B.Sc, MSW, RSW is a registered social worker with a clinical specialization and over 12 years of experience in the human services sector. Her professional passions include supporting individuals in healing from trauma, strengthening relationships with self and others, and empowering both children and adults to become the best versions of themselves.
A dedicated advocate for men’s mental health and wellness, Abigail is committed to challenging the stigma surrounding vulnerability and emotional openness. Her work is grounded in the belief that true strength comes from the courage to seek help, share experiences, and embrace authentic connection.
In her role as a board member, Abigail brings both her professional expertise and her unwavering commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces where men can thrive mentally, emotionally, and socially.
